Need HELP: Can't list/trade/send items to friends?

Hey guys, haven't played in years.

I talked 2 of my friends into downloading and playing the game.. we're enjoying it so far.

I went to give some friends clothing items and some cars but I noticed I wasn't able to send anything at all in the mail?

Sent a ticket to support and it went without a response since June 9th, 2024.

Could I please get some assistance?
