[PC] 06/28 Maintenance Announcement

We have another regular PC server maintenance this week on Wednesday (06/28) starting at 9am UTC. It will be a short, uninteresting one, so we're expecting to wrap it up after 2 to 4 hours of downtime. We appreciate your patience during this period and we hope you are having a good week so far!
