Low FPS

Hello! I have a problem with low fps.
Characteristics of my PC:

i7-4770/32ram/1050 ti

In Full HD the game gives 40-43 fps.

Changing the graphics settings does not help in any way.

I have to play at a resolution of 1600x900 so that the game gives out 60 fps and a little higher.
I tried to install configs but no changes were noticed.
The game is installed on the SSD disk.

Please, do you have any advice on how to fix this situation?
