login problems

So I am trying to log in to fallen earth classic. I can't figure out what my login name is, or where it is on the website. I have gone to my account and the only thing I can see is my email. I have rest my password, etc... Can someone tell me what I am missing?

I had a similar issue. I had a complex password with 32 characters. I changed it for something that didn't use special characters and i managed to login.

I'm unsure if that was the issue but it's worth a try?

What should I use as User? I've tried logging in with SteamID as well, but doesn't work either.
So now I created a userid for this forum... maybe that will need to be used?
I tried my email address as userid, no luck.
Steam userid, no luck. Mixed and matched passwords, no luck. I do have "special" characters (punctuation) in my password.

Figured it out.
You're game userid to logon with is your email address used on the gamersfirst website (when clicking the create account in the launcher).
You're password cannot contain some characters and is the one you entered on the gamersfirst website.
