Fifth Echelon is a newly created clan which is recruiting all threats, both factions!

From the top-tier players all the way down to the fresh spawns of APB, everyone is welcome!
Starting from the bottom, we prefer english speaking players, having a mic/discord is NOT mandatory. (Discord might be setup in the future).

For more info, send a message to Capitalize in-game! (Use the ingame mail system when I'm offline.
