Commander status gone.

I lost my commander status, it set me at free to play. I made a ticket still have not hadd a reply. (Other than it was merged as I accidently made two tickets.)

I have tried relogging and restarting.

no premium status.

No fix from support regarding my ticket.

 

This is an existing account from before the restart of  Fallen Earth classic.

I forgot to update.

 

After the holiday weekend they issue was fixed... sort of. I had about 6 hours of commander status then it went down to wastelander. It has been that way for a while.
