Add unobtainable achievements as buyable service in Armas.

Ok, developers need some additional extra money to develop the game. Also they have not to be hardly distracted from main pipeline. It can be earnings boost from people who left the game for a long time.
Many players asking for return old unobtainable achievements (year/event-related) but there is serious technical problems that hard or impossible (in near future) to solve. There is heavy interest of make 100% achievements again.

So Im suggest tricky idea: selling (yet / still) unobtainable achievements in ARMAS as additional service only for Steam/XBox/PS platform users without extra prizes that historically associated with that achievements.

This decision doesnt requires to make complex things like recovering old events.
