Cripping Lag - unable to play

This crippling lag has been getting worst by the hour over the past 24 hours. It was pretty smooth sailing most of yesterday, and then starting early today, it just became crippling. Constantly getting error message while trying to aim "can't do this right now" while mobs kill our characters. My mount suddenly dies and vanishes 5-10 minutes later after I go past a hostile camp. Mobs warping around or not showing up until several minutes later. Taking invisible damage from unknown targets. 

 

Me and my friends are all experiencing these issues, along with countless others according to the global chat. Really hoping you folks might find a way to better stabilize the server and processes soon =(

same here... click for scavange... take nearly 1 minute... fire a mob... no damage for at least 15 seconds...
