Change the function of the "Mark site read" button

Currently (learned the hard way) Clicking that button doesn't just mask the topic/section your viewing now (Before you could make entire Creations sub forum mark as read to only see new submissions.

 

Now. The button marks EVERY topic as read so basically an entire forum wipe of notifications (which the old forums dident do)

We have reverted the change and decided to leave these links/actions alone. There is a "mark forum as read" command as part of the forum display (above the sorting options) and the "mark site read" in the footer.
