Gelfling 1 Posted June 2, 2020 I was very excited to receive my backer steam key, unfortunately whilst steam recognises the code is for unsung story the following error message is displayed "Steam failed to install (app configuration unavailable)" has anyone else had this error? Is little Orbit aware of the problem? I have tried to use the key again and it says Unsung story is already in my account, after 30 seconds the same error message pops up and the game is not visible in my library Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MattScott 15242 Posted June 2, 2020 Hi there, Everyone is getting the same error. It was reported about an hour ago on Discord. We have determined what the problem is and we are working with Steam Support to resolve it - hopefully with no change on your end.
