Arrests Displayed Twice In Kill feed

Summary: Princess is in another castle.
Description: I fought to the end of the castle, defeated the giant fire breathing lizard but was informed that the Princess was in another castle. 
Steps to Reproduce: 
1 - Fight to the end of the evil castle.
2 – Beat the last boss
3 – Move into the next room
4 – Be informed that the princess is in another castle.
How many times have you recreated this bug: 10/10
Results: The Princess is in another castle.
Expected Result: For the Princess to be in this castle.

Summary: Arrests are being shown twice in kill feed

Description: When ever an enforcer arrests a criminal the kill feed in the top right corner Shows them arresting the same person twice.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go into a mission/fightclub District equip a LessThenLethal Stun weapon (orange weapon icon)

2. Arrest the criminal you stunned and Look towards the kill feed
