Because I'm creating a topic and can't find the preview function as same for a comment where I had a typo and couldn't find the edit function. If I'm right with this, probably this topic should belong to the suggestions section, right? Wait, I am in the suggestions section, dork, yet I'm editing this thread. :S Well, I guess this is going to be a suggestion to simply add the "preview" ability for new threads we create since that's still missing at the time I'm posting this one.
