Remove the Car Surfer mod

Please read before downvoting.  I know it's a controversial statement, but my request is to remove the mod, not the ability to car surf.  Make it skill based like it originally was.  When G1 added the mod they made it so you just slide off a roof when the car reaches a certain speed.  Before that you could car surf to your heart's content even as a brand new player as long as you knew how to do it.  Originally to stay on the roof of a moving car without falling off you would have to constantly walk in the direction that the vehicle is moving.  If it's driving straight, walk forward, if it's turning right then walk right, etc.  Crouching also made it easier.  If you didn't move with the car then you slid off.  I feel that this would also help balance car surfing too, because you would have at least minor added accuracy loss from having to move while shooting.  Currently the ability to do something very basic that everyone should be able to do is locked behind R195.
