We’ve run into a couple issues that, while easily fixable, have delayed opening up in the time frame we wanted. We’ve got all hands on deck working on this and will keep you updated as we see progress. Our hope is that it won’t be too much longer. You will see your characters on Citadel but will be unable to access them till the migration is fully complete.
