Growl not showing up after mailbox retrieval

So I bought the Growl and Cyberpunk bundle and I went to my mailbox and received all of my items. When I went to my Character Profile to change my vehicle, it wasn't there. Is there something I'm doing wrong or am I just bugged or something?

Have a look in one of the car kiosks, to see if you can get it there.

The locations of those kiosks in Social are indicated on the map with the red icons.

 

 

And just to verify, this is the bundle you bought, correct?
