how do i make a character

i have downloaded the game twice hoping that it would open a section on creating a character, but its only led me to creating an account with my email addy. that dont get me in the game. im frustrated cuz i would like to play this game with my bf and his friends but im having trouble were do i go to create a character

hi there,

 

after installing the game and logging in, you should be met with something that looks like an empty room.

 

at the bottom of your screen you should see a bar that looks a lot like this one (but without the 'delete' and 'play' options)

this should then bring you to something like the following screenshot where you can customize your character.

after this the last step is to confirm and then you should be good to go
