Add a "Known Issues" sticky post to the Bug Reporting forum.

What I would like is a sticky post in the Bug Reporting forum section that would detail bugs that have become known thanks to bug reports. I've submitted two bug reports in the past, but it's disheartening to not know if a bug you reported is being worked on, or even known about at all. Adding a post in this fashion would help stop having several bug reports on the same issue, as well as helping keep the community informed on what's currently being worked on. I hope the forum staff will consider this proposal.
