did they change the way you redeem the codes now or something? because I'm about to get banned for a charge back if no one explains how you're supposed to redeem these code things nowadays. and im not going to wait 7 months for support's lazy patootie to figure it out before I waste money. EDIT hey look i found it looks like u dont open them normally anymore, they go straight to your email without a real notification. 10/10 implementation
