I've been playing this game since 2011 and I've never seen a bronze district consistently populated. I came back about a week ago and all of a sudden silver Financial is completely dead and everyone only plays Waterfront. What happened? Used to be able to hop between the two at will, and I have no idea why the bronze server is jam packed all of a sudden.
