Where i can find a transaction id ? I'm little bit lost

Bought from armas marketplace some items, everything went well, but they took my G1C currency and didn't recieved my bought items, can't understand why. Bought a Premium at the same time and went well with it, but when i wanted to buy those two items i didn't got it in the mail, tried a recconect and everything. Went to social district and asked couple of people, they have the same problem as me. Any ideas ?
