Anyone know the gamers first phone number or some type of way to get into contact? I’ve sent multiple emails about my problem getting my old characters back. No response & it’s been two weeks.

I have friend who has gotten their character deleted recently by a fake friend i guess you can say. We play on xbox and his old name was . He character was deleted and i was wondering if there is a way to get it back! The person who deleted the character also took the name so he can’t get is in game name anymore.
