hello and regards I have problem with login . i most say, we have bcs we have 15 people . we play in eu , citadel. but don't know why we cant login . I can get ping good from all server citadel . but I think ip login have problem for me .

yes I have problem . and this is very bad for me . if you can please help me . Merged. always I want more time 7 min or 8 min and last I get disconnect . i have authentication problem while i want to logging. this is my error: retrieving characters is taking longer than normal. if this is your first time logging in after a server merge it can take a few minutes to process. please help for fix this problem thx.
