Now im trying to do that, but if it's not gonna work? what's than?

Hello Guys im new here, so i just wonder is it only for me,or for more ppl happenend like this. The thing is, i can be only in Social District, when im trying to go to another one, it's start loads, looks like normal, showing entering, and than Kicking me out, and disconecting accout, with the reason it's unreachable.. It's really anoying.
