leveling your characters takes way too long, I'm on my 8th max rank 15 contact level 7 and its taking me too long to level once with the slowly dying population we need slightly lower contact leveling.

I would like 2 of my characters to be bumped up to max rank Finkle and Ramzy. Thank you!
