Same issue with NA Connects to character select. However, when I try to enter with either character it says I was disconnected due to either the server being down or my character being locked in a district which only takes about 15 minutes for them to be unlocked. Ruled out it being my characters being locked in a district as I waited 45 minutes then attempted to login again and was prompted with the same issue.
