My older computer is broken but I've been told that the issue has been fixed. But No, I no longer have access to my old one.

whenever I'm in the joining district screen, it only stays as connecting to district and continuously loads like that. It wasn't happening on my previous device, but I don't think it's my new ones specs because it's way better. I'm not really sure, when I search this issue up, it takes me to forum arguments from 2014-2015, so they yet to have fixed this issue.
