15 years of this game is more than enough to make that statement. the point where you are actually asking for proof that little orbit has given up is insane and laughable! FACT: they do not own the game anymore. the game is owned by a holding company that only allows little orbit to maintain the game with no large or critical updates thus no updates to stop modders or additions to the game are allowed. this is why you barely see a gm and the ones we do see turn a blind eye to modders and people who blatantly break the terms of service with things like swastikas and the like on t shirts and cars.

Face it, LO has given up on the game. just like Tiggs n the crew in the past. An 8-year-old can figure out how to implement an anti- cheat, so why don't they? because i believe they are making more selling the cheats on sites like elite pvper. rockstar is a notoriously bad company when it comes to stopping cheaters, but Little Orbit is the King.
