This doesn't appear to have been applied retroactively. I think it should be. Likewise for the Varzuga Rally, as far as I can tell. Also, when I logged in I had a bunch of capacity unlocks on my characters. (Not mentioned in the patch notes, so not sure what that's about. Related to tutorial reward changes? Retroactive progression adjustments?) Whatever their reason for being there, a couple of them didn't increase anything on one of my characters. Is this because those categories were already maxed?

Updated APB to the Valentine's patch while waiting for Windows Update (KB5077181) (26200.7840) to download and install. (Also Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - v5.139 (KB890830)) Launched APB, went to Social, visited mailbox to retrieve new stuff, went to the new Vault, pressed key to interact, game crashed to desktop. Crash reporter always gets stuck at "zipping file;" has been a problem for years. Exited. Windows Update KB5077181 finished; restarted PC. Tried to launch APB, received the GFAC Error ID: 53 as posted in an earlier comment here. Ran APB launcher again, this time selecting 'Repair.' Still crashed with same error code. Followed step 'b' in this post to uninstall and reinstall GFAC. Restarted PC. Tried to launch APB, received the same error. Stuck. Is this possibly related to the new Secure Boot certificates in KB5077181? Can't play event, can't receive login rewards.
