After clearing all game files and reinstalling all issues are still the same.

For me, Running the launcher repair shows the same error. When i download from the website instead of steam, I will be able to start the game, but if I log in it says I'm on the wrong version. (Error Code 10001)

Same issue I'm currently having, Trying to play after along time. But it seems the launcher just keeps saying error. I've restarted and reinstalled many times with no luck.
