Hello,I have issues with learning outpost buildings book.It requies 150 Construction skill and I have 168.It shows:You either already have this knowledge or your skill level is not high enough to use this item.You need to raise your Construction.I hope its some kind or bug/glitch or I really need to raise Constr.

Hello,this is my question: Are we gonna start over when new version of Fallen Earth is relase.I hope they wont do that?
