So im wondering if i am able to transfer mods between my characters for example i dont really want to purchase 2 hunting sight 3's if i am able to mail them between characters and save 80k

So ive recently started playing and im at a stand still as im gold threat but need to go to waterfront to progress my contracts is their a time where people actually join waterfront or am i just screwed from this point on?
