Anyways, let's get right into it.
Instead of letting players whom aren't in your mission physically interact with you, your car, etc. while in-mission, ghost the player's model and vehicle model so that when they 'collide', they phase through each other and no actual collision happens.
For streamers and well-known players, as well as your average joe, griefing is a major problem. Currently during a mission, you can collide with other players and their cars whom aren't in your mission, thus slowing you down and not letting you get to a mission objective in time, giving the opposition an advantage. Players can also completely block your mission's objective either on purpose or accidentally, which disallows you from completing your mission's objective, again giving the opposition the upper hand.
I'm sure many players can agree with me, griefing is currently a MAJOR problem, from upset players slamming your car into a wall and not letting you get to a mission objective in time, to players completely blocking you into a corner with a dump truck. Griefing is definitely something that should be acknowledged at some point.
I'm not going to go into detail about 'N5/P5 griefing' during missions as that has already been addressed and will *hopefully* be fixed somewhere down the line.
Again, if this has already been brought up and acknowledged by the community/developers, please disregard this thread, inform me, etc. as I don't want multiple copies of the same suggestion clogging the suggestions sub-forum.
Please do discuss this topic as I would love to hear your opinions of how this can be fixed and/or further improved. Thanks!
