they were stuck in customs, as mentioned by matt previously.

once those servers are all sorted out we will be bringing citadel back to the eu servers and then jericho should have both of the na locations available.

 

video evidence can always be sent in, preferably via the support reports.

keep in mind that any evidence needs to be verified and fully investigated for actions to possibly be taken based on it.

The servers are currently in the Atlantic ocean, at least thats the only explanation i can think of.

yeah Its awesome living in the 4th largest city in America and getting 100ms to the North American server. Nice servers hosted out of your basement.

no one mentioned that when people interrupt the streamers loitering session, they respond by clipping it and trying to get them banned for griefing. 

[trading bug?]

Was messing around with the new trade system with a friend and i put up one of my firework launchers and was gonna refurbish the other one and put it up, but i realized i couldn't refurbish the other so i exited out the trade and it deleted my firework launcher that was in the trade window. Its not in my mailbox and neither I nor my friend accepted the trade. ~`~~~SpooOooOky stuff Crusader-chan :3 OwO~~~~

Is support down? I've been locked out of one of my accounts cause my normal passwords arent working and when i try to reset it i never get an email with a confirmation link.
