  1. Accessories: Nightvision goggles for eyes or on front of helmet. Belt chains (hanging) in varying lengths. Ties/Bowties.
Unsheathed knife (customizable) for harness or combat gear. Option to have 1 knee pad or 1 elbow pad instead of forcing 2.
The same applies to things like legwarmers, for example always forcing 2 or nothing. Some socks allow only 1 while others don't?

Armor: We have pretty good choices, however we need the ability to stack items.
Unique items such as magazines, tazer, grenades, spray cans, etc, should be able to be added or removed as needed.

Badges: Country Flags, Military insignias, various patches able to be worn on shoulders, backpacks, or combat gear.

Belts: Any belt should be allowed to be worn with any piece of clothing. There is only 1 high-waisted belt and can only be used with specific outfits.
The one that currently exists looks like a belt for the Santa top and is too big/chunky to fit other apparel. Smaller version of high-waisted belt would be ideal.
Then there comes belt styles, a knotted belt, braided belt, metal/chain belt. Give us different choices of belt buckles as well to interchange.

Bottoms: Jeans - Really could use a High/Mid/Low Rise feature but as for style - Bootcut/Flare, Capri, Ripped/Distressed. More options for cargo/pocketed pants.
'Tech-wear' style pants. Joggers. (Not the warmup/sweat pants that exist as the texture is not fabric) Normal looking shorts for males. Dolphin shorts.
Leggings that don't have that almost shiny texture.

Eyewear: Rectangle/Square, Round, Browline/Clubmaster, Cateye, Wayfarer, Sport. All of which should be able to change lens color or just simply 'clear'.

Footwear: For all that is holy...casual walk or run shoe that isn't weird leather texture! (Nike/Adidas) Thigh-high boots. (Think of dressed to kill boots without all the lacing/buttons, and NOT leather texture)
Combat boots like the military would use. (mid-shin, unlike existing combat boot option) Crocs. Slides. Low-top Converse. Vans style slip-ons. Dockside/Boat shoe.
Open toe heels. Flip-flops. Slippers. Dr Martens. Socks. (Knee, mid-shin, ankle) Fishnets. (varying size/lengths)

    Handwear: Mittens, Latex/Nitrile gloves.

Headwear: Standard brim (baseball/dad) hats should be able to be worn forward or backwards. Snap/Buckle hat. Bucket hat. Sun hat. Visor. Bobble/Pom Hat.

Jewelry: Lip ring(s), Nose ring (not just middle.. side option.) More earring options.. diamond/stud/hoop/dangle/etc. Chokers with different accessories/charms (Heart, Ring, Bell, Star, Spikes, Studs, etc)

Masks: Cloth/Surgical mask. Scream mask. Dual cartridge half mask.(Think of like a paint respirator)

    Overalls: Legitimate denim overalls.

Skirts/Dresses: More dress options in general. Mini skirt, Pencil skirt, Slit skirt, High waisted skirt. Furthermore, different textures would be nice, such as fabric, denim, leather, etc.

Tops: Cropped shirts! (Short-sleeve, Long-sleeve, Sleeveless) Camisoles (Spaghetti strap), V neck shirts (Again, Short-sleeve, Long-sleeve, Sleeveless)
Turtleneck. (In normal fabric!) Bodysuit/Bunnysuit. Cardigan. Zip-up Hoodie that can be open. Cop 15 Shirt. (For Females!) Windbreaker/Lightweight Rain Jacket. (Nike/North Face)
Puffy or Quilted Jacket. Peacoat. Varsity Jacket. Athletic/Athleisure attire.

Underwear: Halter Bikini, Flounce/Skirted Bikini, Scrunch/Ruffled Bikini, One-Piece Swimsuit. Low/High-waisted thong/g-string. Nightrobe. Bralette. Pantyhose/Tights. Boxers.

Webbing: Maybe more tech-wear style belts/chains/tags?

    Unlabeled items: More vehicle kits/wheels!

MISC NOTES: Please make clothing items plain and simple textures so *we* can customize them. Preset clothing is very hard to work with and customize. Add inventory space for more clothing.
Give us the option to save a few favorite outfits so it can be applied again easily in the future without going through mail searching and making space. Fix body paint/tattoo ordering.

  2. Piper Lockhart.

    qjhY8el.png

Piper Lockhart never lived a 'normal' life. Her parents were military spouses, and her being an only child in San Paro led her to fend for herself.
In the rare times her parents came home, they always brought little pieces of interesting military grade items for her to play with.
Infatuated, over time she became familiar with the military lifestyle, reading articles, tinkering with mil-spec artillery, researching the latest technology.
That willingness to learn and her fierce attitude held power. If trouble was around, she would find it. Or would it find her?
Either way, this caused her life to always be on tilt. She found her calling in San Paro after running into Luke Waskawi.
Waskawi bumped into Lockhart at the same notorious facility for picking up all types of contraband from drugs and tech, to weaponry and automotives.
He approached Lockhart with caution, trying not to ask too many questions and keep the peace. She was looking for a FLIR camera and parts to a radar scanner.
A brief conversation went down and they exchanged details. They would talk again in a more private setting, and in a less formal manner.
Waskawi eventually introduced Lockhart to Wilde, a popular name at the front of Joker Distributions. A match made in heaven.
The chat would inevitably bring in Lockhart, doing work with Waskawi and Wilde and slowly but surely working up the trust and forming a powerful alliance.
Military background, a little bit of insanity, street smarts and presumably a constant flow of adrenaline - whatever the case was, she had it.
So much so that whatever needed to be done from Waskawi, she was on it. Smarter, faster, and more precise than any other.
Lockhart could build a sniper rifle from scratch, evade cops at all costs, pick and drop off supplies to the warehouse.

If you needed one person by your side to do the job, and do it right - Piper was the one.

That is why she emerged at the top of the villainous throne.

I previously used this submission for the Joker Store contest, however I feel it still holds fitting for the Halloween contest.

  3. Ratio.

    EqexJPS.png

Ratio - an ex-enforcer who gave up the badge to try and turn her daily life into something different, unique, and fresh.

She was bored of her daily 9-5 as an enforcement officer at the shipping yard. Her interest in Joker Distributions started when she noticed the cool projects going on over there.

Wanting to change her path, she asked if they were willing to hire in any new people. The guy known as "Speedball" was looking for some new faces who might have potential.
Ratio showed interest in the cool yet functional modifications done to the cars and weapons. Maybe this was the spark she needed and not feel her life is a redundant chore.
Speedball took her in to training, and they became good friends. Ratio eventually saw Speedball as a brother to her, not just a coworker, and they worked as a perfect team.
These days you can find Ratio doing completely custom work, from handcrafted infrared sights for assault rifles to precisely welded reinforced chassis for their vehicles.

Ahh, the Prentiss Tigers. Those posh upperclass folks, you either love 'em or hate 'em. Regardless, they keep the city from crumbling if it wasn't them for lending a hand to the SPPD & SPPA.

You know - having seemingly endless amounts of wealth can do wonders. They've displayed that over the years, but it's not all bad. They put up property for business owners and local citizens.
They've donated & ran local charity events, they built a world class hotel to bring in revenue, and they keep the streets clean with a task force that aids in crime & security threats within the city.
Despite the bling and preppy lifestyle, they do well for the city. As much as you love to snicker at or about them, they put a lot of effort in, especially near the East-end Waterfront.

Denali is most definitely a Prentiss. She has the knowledge, the looks, and apparently a hefty inheritance. Word on the street is she didn't need to work a day in her life.
Denali went through college with ease, getting involved with the community as soon as possible. After college she got invited to a seminar to work as police officer for the city.
After training for months, Denali had not only become a certified San Paro police officer, but also moved on to working for a private task force doing special operations.
Part of that task force was working with Joker Distribution, a commonplace for the city to purchase cars, clothes, and anything in between - if you had the money.
Denali frequently stopped by there to check up on the latest weaponry, or the hottest new vehicle on the showroom. She was a Prentiss after all, spending money is their forte.
Having become a 'regular' there, and her outgoing personality led her to chat with some of the workers there and was even seen bringing them coffees sometimes.
She built a bond with them, and that bond led Ophelia to offer Denali a partnership with them. Sneak peeks at items to come before release, discounted rates on firearms and vehicles, and free merch.
Denali politely accepted, and in return donates to the business to help keep the place up and running. A win-win for both parties. The rest is history.

(Backstory & History) - Thanks to Word2 for piecing together some of the beginning timeline.

1873 - Abington Towers founded by Isaiah Abington.
He continues to have ownership of the facility until 1912 at which point passes away due to unknown causes.
1930 - Abington Towers gets turned over to the city of San Paro.
The building remains in the hands of the city, dwindling away as years go by and time eroding the towers into a rotted wasteland.
2005 - Abington Towers gets discovered by the vanguard.
Luke Waskawi turns the facility into an Asylum.
    (Semi-Present)
2012 - Luke Waskawi was building up an army. That army arose from the vile place that is Asylum.
He continues to work in the shadows, plotting, and forming ideologies amongst his cult.
2019 - A new wave of people emerge from the towers under Waskawi's reign.
One of those people quickly on the rise goes by the name of Piper Lockhart.
    (Present Day)
2020 - Piper Lockhart goes global.
Of the criminal faction; supplier of all things violence, criminal warfare, and overseer of Joker Distribution & Asylum.
Her ambition to run the show goes viral as Luke Waskawi grows older and needs a new generation of power to continue the legacy.
She has her hands in anything and everything you can think of relating to Joker Distribution and Asylum.
