I have windows 10 64-bit and DirectX 12, error 0xc000007b appears when I start the game. Tried everything: installed all DirectX libraries of previous versions, reinstalled other libraries like NETFramework and Microsoft Visual. Maybe someone had such a problem, and you know how to fix it?

I do not have the process of the game in the task manager. And I don't know how to fix it.

Does the game work on windows 10? I downloaded and from steam, and from the official site, but it's useless. When I start the game, the arrow turns the wheel, as if it starts to work, but then nothing happens. Is there any way to fix this?
