US/NA/Jericho servers need another Social District.

Hi everyone. Just a note to our new host. Right now you can't get in Social district it is maxed at 150 users. 65 ENFs and 85 CRIMs. Please address this issue and thank you for your work on APB.

I don't think the off-topic section was the right place for this, but valid feedback. The servers should really autoscale even if it's a little expensive.
