Cyranule 7 Posted August 22 (edited) Hello and welcome to the overseer's ordinance. This post will prepare you for what is in store as part of the upcoming Elden Silver game update. Ever wished your legion of 'Free Candy' and 'A-Team' vans were useful? Fear not silvers, we heard you, and this patch is sure to add variety to your storefront plundering. Ram Raiding and Criminal Enterprising Extra Cargo Capacity • Buffed cargo storage space increases offered by this vehicle modification. Tier 1 -> +2 cargo capacity. Tier 2 -> +5 cargo capacity Tier 3 -> +10 cargo capacity. Killing San Paro denizens while off mission now offers a chance, albeit smaller than mugging, of dropping small items. The Blood Roses and G-Kings are expanding their criminal operations. You will occasionally see contact specific contracts. Delivering them the raw materials for production will offer lucrative monetary rewards. • Delivering small, medium, and large items are now more rewarding while delivering to contacts who requested your services. Items must be hand-delivered to the specified contact to receive increased rewards. Upon reaching their quota, or when time runs out, you will receive a bonus. Bounty System Slightly increased notoriety gain when killing San Paro denizens. It is now possible to reach N5 this way. San Paro's Most Wanted Your dedication to aberrant behavior will now be met by stronger enforcer opposition, but you will also see greater rewards. • Level 5 notoriety can now be maxed out and will place a cross-district bulletin on your head! Enforcers who put a stop to the ceaseless violence of these so called vigilantes will be greatly rewarded for doing so. • Most Wanted status will display a cross-district message, or an All-Points Bulletin, displaying player name, game location, and current stash value. • The entire city has taken notice of your behaviors. For five minutes the stash won't take your dirty money and criminal contacts will refuse to pay off your notoriety. Like the old bounty system, everyone becomes your enemy and may claim the bounty. Survive the heat and receive up to 3.0x the rewards! Witnessing and Patrolling Enforcers will now be able to engage players who are able to be witnessed simply by turning on their car's emergency sirens. This effect works in a radius of up to 30 meters. This shares the same parameters as key bind witnessing. Enforcers may now set their status to 'patrol.' Enforcers will be rewarded money and standing, at a rate balanced similarly to criminal mugging activities, for driving by intact storefronts. • Enforcers set to 'patrolling' status will now be targeted by criminals who may commit 'random acts of violence.' Random Acts of Violence Criminals may violently engage enforcers who are found patrolling their streets. A kills mission will begin. The first to reach the designated amount of kills earns money and standing for their faction. Leaderboard | Changes and Balancing Each player must play more than 1 stage for a mission to count towards the leaderboards. This is to prevent ill-timed back up calls from reflecting poorly on player achievement. Exiting a mission in progress will immediately count as a loss. Win/loss ratios, K/D ratios, and number of medals earned (Blitzkriegs, Kill Streaks, Etc.) will be factored in towards player ranking. You must play a total of 50 missions to qualify for leaderboard rankings every season. This change will more reliably measure skill level as opposed to linear achievements primarily attained by playing more than others. Forum Boss Ordinance | Elden Silver Signed, sealed, and delivered.
