stop forcing players to re join or join into a different district

2018 era user coming back to apb but i seem to be losing interest in doing it already because the way the game forces u to play in a different district with 200 ping, i cant even stop the game from taking me over into the other district or abandon the mission if i press no ,this needs to be removed because its not doing anything good, players are already having a loss by losing 1-2 mins while loading and getting in a car and most of the times its +500m away , why cant we play in different districts so everyone can have a fair ping ? some of these players are having 1-50 ping in both servers anyways and NA-EAST a better server and balanced for everyone  and yes today i tested it but nobody plays that district.. we need to have fair and good servers because apb reloaded and the way ping work is not like other games, im actually dying 1-2 seconds after recovering and being behind a wall and sometimes shooting 1-2 full mags still doesnt kill, somehow 2 hvrs didnt kill a player with no health mod, there was only 2secs between those shots which means those bullets dont register well with this ping 

apb reloaded big issue is the servers and its actually top 2 or top 3 issue in the game for not having enough players to play it because its one sided server
