I recently purchased G1 Credits to unlock one of the reward weapons you get after spending a certain amount. After receiving the code for the AMG-556 Euryale, I redeemed it right away, but the system immediately responded with an error message: "code expired". What’s even stranger is that after that message, the code completely disappeared — it’s no longer visible anywhere in my account, purchase history, or reward list. Luckily, I had copied and saved the code before redeeming it, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to report it or provide proof to support. I also have another code for a different weapon (C9 ‘Wasp’ – Account Lifetime) that I’m currently not using because I’m afraid the same issue might happen again. Has anyone else had this happen?
