ADD UNICODES like in counter strike so we can make names like hexer__*

I would like to suggest something like this to add unicodes in game _'*')(. 

and how about to make it like in cs source so you can add real pictures from the internet and add it in the game? so we can use real symbols and we don't have to struggle to create a symbol in the game, because not everyone can do that.
