Login issues - 'disconnected / locked 15 min'

Hey,

 

is it only me?

 

the past few days i have login problems.

 

i can pass the main screen to character selection, pick a char, then it wait with the loading message, then kicks out with that annoying message of 15min

 

 

sometime i do mange to log in to the character, but i have only a few minutes until the disconnection timer appears, and kicks me out again.

 

 

a few days ago everything was perfect.. 

didnt change any hardware/software

connection is fine
