Any chance of packs being separated?

Title. Would really like to purchase the Wargear outfit alone, but as of right now it's only available in a pack, bundled up along with the Packer vehicle and the ACES Rifle. Not really sure why this is the case as almost all other outfit sets are available for purchase separately.
