Getting invalid account or password when trying to log into Fallen Earth

Ok just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to log into Fallen Earth with login credentials that work on the GamersFirst site. Hopefully this will save others the bother. Figured out finally that the game apparently can't handle special characters in your password. Changed mine to one without any and logged right in.

Email address must also not contain any special characters (mine had a + which did not work - in 2021)...

Email address is your username as well, for anyone trying to log in with your chosen username

I figure this sh*t, (after 40 min) change password without numbers or uppercase letters.
