Guest Posted August 13, 2019 (edited) Why don't we have alredy a system in place that can send you email notifications when and if support tickets get closed? I think i am the only one who can't reach the support ticket page in anyway. I tried everything, even the support tried couple times to help me out but nothing worked out well and i am so sad about that, but in this way i can't even know if my tickets are still opened or not and how many time is past since i've opened them or even how many i have done so far in my entire time. I would like to have more possibilities to know such details, choose to receive notifications for them or not etc. In add i really wish there was an automated system that send you a feedback to complete in order to let the company know how the issue was hard etc.. you know.. anytime you close a ticket (example: ubisoft/ea) you receive an automated message with a link and you need to complete few questions/surveys to let the team know more.
