This has been a problem ever since the 64-bit update, and I've heard that it's being experienced by multiple people, yet it hasn't been fixed yet. Whenever someone goes up to a Joker vending machine, the machine will spam all of its voice lines at once, making a very loud annoyance. I don't see a thread here about it, so hopefully this one will bring the dev's attention to it and they'll solve the issue.

Hello APB community, I have a suggestion for a vehicle mod to be added to the upcoming new contacts to improve vehicle stealth. We already have muffler, which reduces visibility on the radar, but people within the vehicle are still visible if you see them in person. My proposed mod, Tinted Windows, would hide all names within the vehicle, to hostiles as a benefit, and to friendlies as a counterbalance. The name of people leaning out of the vehicle would be visible as another counterbalance. I propose this be a Generic Modification (Purple). Outside the scope of typical modifications, I also propose that the aesthetics of the vehicle change to reflect the windows being tinted, since this is currently not possible (to my knowledge at least) within the currently established customizations. This doesn't necessarily need to be a function for the mod to work but would add to immersion.
