i installed the game, befor my hard drive wiped out few days ago now im trying to install again and all i get is a repair wizard

so im downloading the game, run the install but instead install it runs repair? and make an error and stop game is not installed

i remember hotmail sent a message some years ago they said their email is going to be disabled

its not expired. i had email in hotmail.com and hotmail had been shutdown years ago

i need help i dont get any answer from support i didnt log in for a long time and now im being asked to change password when i log in problem is that email they send the reset password link to is no longer availible, what can i do to get my account back?
