So, from what i gather you're doing one of two things, either you're using a modified d3d9.dll file, or your GPU cannot handle ALT+TAB with this game (at least not anymore)

 

what i recommend is you restore your d3d9.dll file, and remove anything like reshade or sweetfx from APB as it just doesn't work anymore.  Deleting the .dll may force you to reinstall the game, and we all know how long that can take sometimes.

Well I will try to reinstall DirectX. Where do I remove the dll. files? I reinstalled the game many times and did not use any configs.
