fresh chracter i went to mail retrive all items i purchase ammo its lock er and still cant figure out how to equip ammo i looked at a guide didnt helpe

i am typing in right name to delete and it ether sayes character not there or the delete icon is greyed out i just made it and want to remake and i am stuck using a character slot how do i fix it
