i made a ticket 7 days ago in the old support system @ 21 may 2018 (Case #: 603778)
i didn't get replay until the new portal got out then all of the sudden an automated replay asking me to open a new ticket on the new support portal
i did that from @25 may 2018 after the launch of the new portal // 3 days ago // (Case #: 306) but still till now i didn't get a single replay from the support
as i understand there's a lot of tickets to deal with and i know you guys trying your best , also i'm patient but 7 days is kinda a lot to not getting any replay so far

well the problem is that Need for speed title belongs to EA so EA has the rights to publish it under any name and by the way they call it Need for speed 2015
Atari owning the title (APB 1987) and it's copyright issue i guess

i think they can't rename it to just APB
because there's a game called APB from 1987

reshade is against the TOS
they will try to implement some of the stuff like customization to the crosshair and some options related to APB advanced launcher in the game later down the line
but what mattscot said is [ the reshade config might cause issues when battle-eye released] so you can use it till the next patch which including battle-eye anti cheat

i was wondering if the old tickets before the new portal will be answered or we need to make a new ticket to get answered
because i already have been there for a 4 days with no answer and now they have the new support portal
and i'm not sure what should i do ?
Support will ever answer my ticket ? 7 days so far
