The character is missing and I do not know why I stopped playing in 2015, then I played for another month in 2016 the account was played in 2014 for a long time.
I wanted to start playing with my character but I can not find it in the email anymore, neither the criminal nor the enforcer.
I also checked all the other emails but I can not find anything, I tried to create a character with the same nickname in the game and says that already exists this makes me think that the character still exists.
I already contacted the support but I wondered how long it takes to respond? Have you ever had a problem like that?
